Privacy Policy
- We respect the privacy and sensitivity of your information and will never sell or disclose your personal information to any third party.
- The user is solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of their password and personal data. It is essential for the user to exercise caution and discretion in disclosing any information. If the user voluntarily discloses any personal information (for instance, on message boards or via email), other users may access and use it.
- Yamamah website, represented by its support team, will never ask you for your information as password.
- Please consider changing your password periodically for added security.
- If any changes occur in Yamamah Service policy regarding information privacy, you will be informed of these changes either through publication on the website or via email.
- The entity owning the account from which the message is sent bears all legal consequences for sending messages that violate the regulatory “CST” terms.

Yamamah has the right to close any account that violates the regulatory “CST” terms and Yamamah privacy policy without prior notice and without any compensation to the account owner. This action may be taken in various circumstances,
- Sending suspicious or inappropriate messages containing explicit or unethical language.
- Sending messages that contravene KSA regulations and policies.
- Messages that contravene the regulations of the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Terms & Conditions to use Yamamah Bulk SMS Service:
Agreement Clauses:
- The user agrees to adhere to all terms, policies, and guidelines outlined in the regulations restricting unsolicited messages and calls issued by the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The user agrees that Yamamah has full authority to occasionally modify the terms of use by altering, adding, or removing content.
- The user agrees that Yamamah service uses a regulated mechanism for calculating message costs. To avoid confusion and duplications, reports provided by Yamamah for message cost calculation are deemed final. Any other method used by the client for message cost calculation will not be accepted. The message cost is calculated based on the number of messages sent by the Yamamah system, upon the client's approval and confirmation.
- It is permissible for you to register with Yamamah Bulk SMS Service as a governmental or private entity possessing a commercial registration.
- The subscriber agrees to use the system without causing harm to others, engaging in deceit, manipulation, or impersonation of any individual, government entity, or private institution. Failure to comply will result in the closure of the account without providing reasons and without any form of financial or moral compensation.
- The user agrees not to use this service or send messages containing pornographic materials, mockery of the Quran or Sunnah, or any religious symbols, regardless of their faith.
- The user agrees not to send any message that compromises the security of any country or contradicts the policy of any country, either wholly or partially.
- All data is confidential and cannot be resold, distributed, or accessed by anyone unless requested by the relevant official authorities of the state
- The messages expire upon their validity expiration, and points will be deducted from the client's account immediately upon expiry without Yamamah assuming any responsibility. Yamamah is not obliged to compensate the client for the value of expired messages, as long as access to the website is available.
- If the service is to be terminated for any reason, subscribers will be notified in advance with sufficient time to utilize their remaining balances. We will not be held responsible once this period expires.
- Payments are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Using Yamamah bulk SMS service conditions:
Based on the new regulatory guidelines of the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the following must be considered:
- Sending messages to random or sequential numbers, or without recipients' consent, is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the enforcement of regulations by the CST. Your account will be immediately suspended without any prior notice or compensation.
- If any message is found to violate regulations by the CST such as containing explicit language, advertising format, urging contact with suspicious numbers, recommendations, or any text deemed contrary to the laws, the message will be halted. The sender will not be compensated. The evaluation of message content's validity will be determined solely by the filtration system of the Saudi Communications.
General Rules
- By registering and completing the registration on the website, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of website usage and policies, even if they did not review or read the terms and policies before.
- Yamamah website for Bulk SMS assumes no legal responsibility for any direct or indirect damages incurred by any client due to their use of the service, whether stemming from a failure to read or misinterpretation of this agreement. Additionally, Yamamah is not liable for any errors in message delivery resulting from data entry mistakes, technical or technological malfunctions.
- The terms of service stated above are considered final. The company reserves the right to add, cancel, or modify any clause of this agreement or its subsections, as deemed necessary for the company's interests, without prior notice, with subscribers being notified on Yamamah website. Please take note of the contents of this agreement, as it is your responsibility to stay informed.
Senders (Clients) Obligations:
- Adhere to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and not to send any messages that contain content that violates any of those regulations, including the content of links in the message body.
- When the sender sends SMS containing OTP, the sender must explain in SMS to the end user the reason for sending OTP and not just sending it.
- Refrain from contracting to purchase and send Bulk SMS with service providers not authorized by CST.
- Full commitment to sending Bulk SMS according to the correct classification of the sender’s name mentioned in paragraph (4.1) “document in the above link” hereof, and complete abstinence from sending messages in violation of the classification, such as sending promotional messages through the name of a service sender or sending service messages through the name of promotional sender and the like.
- Refrain from sending promotional campaign messages by sending them from their systems to the systems of SMS providers (system to system).

If the sender wishes to send any promotional message to the end user, he/she must abide by the following:
- Giving the end user the choice to expressly agree to receive promotional messages or not, and the consent contained in privacy policies and service contracts is not considered, and the sender shall provide proof of consent.
- Enabling the end user to request to stop receiving promotional messages at any time and through traditional and electronic channels.
- Stop sending any other messages after receiving a request to stop sending promotional messages within a period not exceeding (24) hours from receiving the suspension request
- Sending a notification confirming the activation or suspension of sending promotional messages after receiving a request to do so.

Before sending any awareness message to the end user, the sender must adhere to the following:
- Coordination with its regulators, before sending awareness messages to the end user.
- The official name of the sender should be appended to the text of the message.
- The number of messages sent from the sender to the user shall not exceed one message per day, or as determined by CST.
- Refrain from sending promotional and awareness messages from 10:00 pm to 09:00 am daily, and in the blessed month of Ramadan from 01:00 am to 12:00 pm KSA time.
- The sender shall not be entitled to send promotional SMS from a mobile phone number.
- Not to use dictionary attack or address harvesting software, and electronic addresses obtained by this software shall not be used.

The validity of sending SMS mentioned in paragraph (4.1) “document in the above link” hereof shall be according to the following:
- Government agencies may send awareness, service and warning messages.
- Private agencies may send promotional, awareness and service messages.
- Individuals may send personal messages.
- SMS messages received from parties outside the Kingdom must be service or personal messages only.
